By booking with Brera Therapies, you agree to these terms.
Scheduling
When you schedule an appointment by booking on this website, we collect personal information from you to complete the booking. We may collect information like your:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Details relating to your appointment (for example, who referred you)
Files you uploaded
We provide this information to Acuity/Squarespace, our online scheduling service provider, so that they can provide online booking services to us.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 48 hours cancellation policy for all treatments, and we reserve the right to charge full payment if this is not adhered to.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge with more than 48 hours notice.
70% of the fee is charged for appointments cancelled between 48 hours and the day of the appointment.
Full payment is charged for all treatments cancelled on the day of the appointment, irrespective of the reason.
Full payment is charged for all missed appointments, irrespective of the reasons.
Health and Safety
Your safety is our priority. All new clients must complete a health consultation form, and any medical conditions or pregnancy must be disclosed upon booking as some conditions may require a GP’s note before we can proceed. We cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical history, nor for the loss of personal belongings.
All treatments are for wellbeing purposes, are governed by English law, and any queries can be directed to laura@breratherapies.co.uk
Privacy Notice
At Brera Therapies, we collect your contact details to manage your bookings and relevant health information to ensure your treatments are safe and tailored to you. Your data is stored strictly on password-protected personal devices and within secure cloud storage (Google Workspace); it is completely confidential and never shared with third parties. For legal and insurance purposes, your records are held securely for 7 years after your last appointment, the permanently delated.
